Telesales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or databases.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their
- features and benefits to potential customers.
- Build rapport with prospects, actively listen to their needs, and tailor your pitch accordingly.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and overcome objections to convert leads into customers.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions, update customer profiles, and maintain a comprehensive
- database.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not committed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring
- customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales
- strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
