Achieve company and outlet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Provide excellent and professional customer service by interacting effectively with customers, delivering product information, and completing sales transactions.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle outlet operation tasks including cashiering, stock management, and merchandising.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and creatively display products according to market trends.
- Ensure a clean, tidy, and well-organized display to maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
- Provide accurate and appropriate solutions to customer inquiries.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through learning initiatives.
- Manage inventory to minimize short expiry items.
- Assist with any other ad hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates with diplomas or related science backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant experience will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
