**Responsibilities for Admin Recovery**
- Assist Assistant Manager & Head of Department with day-to-day operations and work of Admin Staff.
- Ensure compliance to organizational standards, including safety standards and client or customer communications.

Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Perform general administrative duties including, the management of internal and external mails.
- Assist in preparation of reports.
- To attend to inter departmental requests and ensure inter departments relationship are well maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational qualification: SPM/Dip/Degree.
- Experience in Recovery Industry in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge in system - Debt Management System(preferred but training will be provided).
- Excellent in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail and thorough.
- Good time management and organizational skill.
- Customer service oriented.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to start work immediately is preferred.
- Preferably someone specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Work hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
