JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

1. General
- Maintaining the social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work closely with the social media team and other team to design and develop multimedia content, particularly video using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva or etc.
- To produce related reports.
- Make "Live" on HQ pages and any other platform according to the schedule that has been set.

2. Project Management
- Ensuring that timelines are properly scoped out, cross-functional teams are communicating and united, and project deadlines are met, all while aligning with main marketing initiatives is what contributes a huge positive impact to the company.

3. Strategic Thinking
- Need to be able to see one step ahead of everything and think about the bigger picture.

4. Data Analysis
- Analysing data about consumers, etc to gain valuable insights to better understand and tailor their services to current and prospective customers. Well-versed in how data shapes and drives the customer experience across platforms and channels.

5. Paid Social Advertising
- Analyse and propose a productive way to promote our products and services to a targeted audience, on specific platforms, ultimately ensuring greater content visibility and a strengthened online presence. To ensure the better reach, engage, and sell on social media with on all platforms example Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, IG, etc. Also, to ensure efforts on the right social platforms for the specific audience.
- Handling and monitoring branding matters, including Icons, Influencers and Ambassador.

7. Copywriting
- Must have role of strong content and able to run digital marketing strategy is vital in thoroughly aligning a brand and its narrative or messaging. Content writing ties everything together in marketing, tells and sells the story of the company, and crafts how the brand should be portrayed by its audience. Able to writing and strategizing for high-quality content to attract targeted consumers on a relatable level, resulting in increased customer engagement, brand loyalty, expanded reach, and more.

8. SEO
- To propose and handle the effective way to drive highly converting traffic to the company’s website. By optimizing a website’s content for organic search, to ensure the target audience seeing our content and keeping it top of mind. To implementing SEO at all times when creating content or marketing campaigns to build visibility, relevance, credibility, and brand awareness for a brand while earning visibility in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages). To compete in the massive sea of content, utilizing SEO tools is always an imperative component in ranking well and showing up in Google searches.

9. Social Media Marketing
- To understand the various social networks and how they work. To understand where customers are spending most of their time in order to build a solid strategy with maximum effect. The way of broadcasting content increases brand awareness, customer engagement, customer experience, brand development, and conversions.

10. Understanding Customer Experience
- To practice and able to curate a marketing strategy around being customer-centric. Making the customers a top priority to ensure brand loyalty, and to analyse and take note of customer feedback. Truly connect with the customers and identify what’s most valuable for them within our business.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Digital technologies or related field.

**Skills**
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and brand management, effective social media techniques and web design and development.
- Able to think critically and analytical problem solving.
- Able to multi-task, demonstrate teamwork, have a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Motivated, takes initiative, pro-active and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing chan
