**Key duties & responsibilities**:
As a Groups Travel Consultant under Meetings & Events, you will:

- Search for the best travel deals and provide alternatives to meet customers’ needs to ensure the best travel booking experience with FCM.
- Promote our products, services, and value proposition to customers.
- Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards as assigned.
- Manage accurate customer information in GDS (e.g. Passenger Name Records (PNR's), travel profile, booking and ticketing details).
- Keep up-to-date with travel destination information, airline rules and regulations, and global current affairs.

**We’d love to hear from you if you have...**
- 3-5 years of experience in managing small to large scale MICE & group bookings, including handling end-to-end logistics for clients.
- Experience in using a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English. Other language capabilities (e.g. Japanese, Chinese, Cantonese etc.) would be an advantage.
- Have the ability to multi-task, stay organised with a strong attention to detail, and work within a timeline.
- Be a team player with strong customer service mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and build relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
