Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
- Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.
- Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
- Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
- Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
- To implement the training administration policies and procedures to ensure administrative standardization.
- To assist in the selection of in-house trainers to conduct and follow-up on skills training program. To develop the skill based trainers through on-going trainings, workshops and monthly meeting.
- To pro-actively shape a service-oriented culture that empowers employees to take responsibility for guest satisfaction and the fulfillment of the company quality objectives
- To assist in identifying talented employees for career and succession planning for the company
- To develop innovative approach, learning, awareness, or campaign for continuous improvement on towards achieving the vision of the company in terms of service excellence.
- To direct and manage the work of training providers or consultants; assist in the preparation of requests for proposals, review quotation, interview and select training providers or consultants; manage workflow, set expectations and priorities, and monitor outcomes.
- Collaborate with external parties for learning development and opportunities in manpower enhancement.
- To assist and support people resources function with People Resources Executive from time to time.
- To act as coach and counselor for all employees when required.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least three years of relevant experience in a talent management, development role
- Good knowledge and experience in Learning & Development method and strategies
- Good knowledge and exposure in HRDF claims, Training Need Analysis (TNA) and competency profiling.
- Able to comprehend business/corporate needs and formulate a talent framework to align with the needs.
- Mature, committed, dynamic, and possess good people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate and meticulous

**We are currently in planning to move Kelana Jaya

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
