Baker

Requirements:

- Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability.
- Take client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Create amazing baked goods as per current trend
- Willingness to work as a freelancer baker
- Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in ability to safely and effectively operate standard food service equipment.
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Experience with cake decoration techniques
- Requires reading and math skills for recipes and measurements.
- Hold current food handlers card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
Responsibilities:

- Interprets recipes and ensures baked items meet company standards.
- Prepares baked goods daily as well as specialty items requested by customers.
- Achieves customer loyalty by creating a pleasant shopping experience.
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Ensure all baked goods are stored

and packaged properly
