The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

**Job Summary**:

- As a 33KVA Chargeman, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the electrical systems and equipment within our warehouse facilities. Your primary focus will be on managing the 33KVA power systems, ensuring their efficient operation, and conducting regular maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure safety compliance. You will collaborate closely with the warehouse management team to ensure uninterrupted power supply and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain the 33KVA power systems and related equipment in the warehouse facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose problems, and implement corrective actions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance, if required.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes during installations and maintenance work.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse safety practices.
- Train and guide other electrical maintenance personnel when necessary.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for energy conservation and efficiency improvements.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements and best practices in electrical systems and technologies.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in electrical engineering is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Chargeman or in a similar electrical maintenance role, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Possess a valid electrical Chargeman PW4 certificate as per local regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, 33KVA power systems, and related equipment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and electrical codes to ensure compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to handle electrical issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate maintenance records.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with charging systems for electric vehicles or batteries.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and the ability to adapt electrical systems to meet specific needs.
- Experience with energy management and conservation practices.
