Linehaul Coordinator

DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Manage drivers in scheduling and rostering, overtime, process transport claims
- Work with asset team to ensure timely puspakom inspection
- Work with Linehaul team in pushing out new standard of procedures / initiatives
- Monitor timeliness of Linehaul trips, verify vendor justification for any abnormalities and finalise penalty charges
- Work on additional project / tasks as given

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in driver and vendor management. Open to Fresh Graduate as well.
- Proficient in using Microsoft and Google product such Google Sheets
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Detail oriented and ability to be agile in a dynamic working space
