**MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER - ACTIVATION**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Managing and supporting print and onsite activation promotional activities as listed in the scope of task areas.
- Supporting sales team with digital samples and ensuring shared folders form the Contents & Knowledge team are updated.
- Managing and directing a team of content creators.
- Monitoring and keeping track of the Marketing Activation Calendar to ensure timely execution and activation expenses.
- Ensuring efficient & effective execution of activation activities which include positive customer experience.
- Evaluating & reporting on impact of activation activities executed.
- Managing, analysing & reporting of participants biodata and feedback.
- Seeking out effective suppliers and partners from time to time.

**Scope of Task Areas**:

- Production of promo materials
- Retail promotion & activities
- eSamples & Product PPT
- School Roadshows
- State Bookfairs
- Seminars/workshops

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Essential)
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage;
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in marketing or education field
- Willing to travel within Malaysia;
- Essential skills in organization skills, decision making, problem solving, negotiation
- Software in Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, Words (Adobe Suite will be added advantage)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi.

**Required document**:

- Updated resume stating qualifications, work experience, current and expected salary with a recent passport-sized photography;
- Transcripts from SPM to current education level;
- NRIC photocopy;
- Latest 3 months payslip.

**Salary**: From RM3,800.00 per month
