Working within our functions departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses within Malaysia for Pest Control and Hygiene divisions.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team based in headquarter. Your day-to-day tasks will consist of executing highly effective Marketing, Communications and Digital Marketing initiatives in support of the business growth. The key aspects of your role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business objectives, industry insights and marketing strategies in delivering our brands’ value propositions.

Our Marketing department is a vibrant team that proactively spurs positive energy to the company especially in driving business growth and new innovations. Paving your marketing career forward with our marketing team in this organisation, you will gain exposure and experience for both B2B and B2C marketing strategy.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
Integrated Marketing Communications (Digital Marketing focus) - Commercial Segment
- Manage Google ads campaigns that align to corporate goals, ensuring success in form of brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation - keywords research, user intention mapping, content landing pages enhancement, adtext enhancement, performance monitoring and optimisation targeting the commercial customer profiles
- Amplify pest control and hygiene innovations and B2B Marketing related content
- Ensure timely execution of content development and distribution based on the mapping of content strategy to the customer journey; channels include advertising, media, collateral, briefings, newsletters, web/ online, social media, public relations, CSR activities, etc
- Ensure flawless internal and external executions of integrated communications programme (offline and online/ digital)
- Prepare monthly reports and analyse ROI and campaign and content distribution performance to ensure KPI targets are met, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur for fast actions

Brand Communications and Customer Marketing
- Support in implementing innovations/solutions based on sector/ customer needs to internal colleagues.
- B2B partnership in landing innovations and drive testimonials
- Liaise with key functions for innovation launch preparations; setting clear selling strategies, service offerings, aligning the right selling price and ensuring all sales processes are mapped out accordingly.
- Ensure all materials and communication channels are updated with key insights and differentiations through sound Sector Approach, ensure consistency in branding, marketing, and sales support materials, etc.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Assist in mining market and customer insights via customer interviews, coordinating market research activities, etc
- Monitor, review and analyse competitors’ activities
- Liaise with agency (online/ PR/ creative) and set principles of brand consistency
