IT Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide set-up support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure and servers in the company as well as provide local IT, LAN, and WAN network support.
- Provide support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users.
- To liaise with system vendors and regional office on system implementation.
- Responsible for the operation and administration of the company’s internal servers, mail servers, and IT Security systems such as CCTV and DVR Systems.
- Installing and maintaining all other ICT-related devices such as printers, fix the line, scanners, fax machines, and etc.
- LAN network management/network architecture design for office building.
- WIFI / Access point optimization, upgrade patch, and design with geolocation heat mapping.
- Critical system test UAT following current trend.
- review current and future IT SOPs related to daily operations and current worldwide security issue.
- Gmail workspace administrator.
- Domain and web hosting administrator.
- More to managing planning design + admin critical system + IT executive technical work.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in relevant roles.
- Familiar with Windows Operating Systems (e.g. Windows 2003 server, Windows 2008 server, Windows 7, etc).
- Possess a strong and positive customer service attitude.
- Team player and able to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority.
- Must be conscientious, responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Familiar with database platforms ie SQL Server, Oracle and etc
- Conversant with LAN, WAN, WLAN
- Able to work long hours and weekends ( as and when required )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
