**SCOPE OF ROLE**:
Using creative skills combined with commercial awareness, to showcase perfection and detail-oriented artwork, and to collaborate as part of a creative team submitting designs, layouts and concepts for all promotional material and special events held and organized by Plaza Premium Group, while adhering to the brand guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- To participate in idea generation and concept exploration with local management and / or functional team.
- Conceptualize, design & create marketing collaterals, illustration in any assigned project for different brand pillars within Plaza Premium Group (Lounge, Hotel, Airport Dining, Ancillary & Smart Traveller) by providing a finished product as per approved design concept by Plaza Premium Group brand guidelines.
- Manage the overall production of design concepts - posters, bunting, flyers, packaging, brochures, signage, and other promotional items used by the Company as required.
- Deliver accurate and high-quality production-ready artist’s impressions for major promotions held within the Company and serve as the brand corporate identity keeper being assign to within Southeast Asia region.
- Serve as a liaison between purchasing department / vendor identifying specifications, colour proofs and requirements.
- Contribute to the growing library of designs through artwork produced and best practice research.
- Act as the Company’s photographer ensuring a record of various promotional and to attend all special events outside of working hours.
- Check and maintain conditions of displayed materials within all Company’s locations and business units.
- Execute work as directed by the Head of Marketing Communications / Marketing Communications Manager.
- Exercises flexibility to perform other duties as required.
- Exercise to travel together with the team upon project assigned within Southeast Asia region.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

3 years of experience in graphic design

Proficiency in Microsoft & Adobe software (Illustrator, In-design, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, After Effects).

Basic knowledge in Mandarin language is preferable (read and type simplified Mandarin).

Able to multi-task and assist in ad-hoc design task and project upon required (responsive attitude).

Basic knowledge in videography and photography skills is a must.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
