**Job Description / Responsibilities**
- Manage & responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department, including financial accounting, cash management, taxation and other responsibilities
- Finance management, internal controls & compliance
- Cash management, cash flow reporting and other related analysis
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other stakeholders
- Manage and ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory and management reports
- Manage month end closing, preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports including revenues, costs, expenses, profit & loss, balance sheet, annual budget and asset management
- Perform general administrative functions and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
- Key Skills_

- Independent, able to meet deadlines and cope with work demand
- Attention to detail, able to multi-task and organized work approach

**Requirements**:

- Possess Degree in Accounting, full or part professional accounting qualification such as CIMA/ACCA/AIA or MACPA or equivalent
- Preference for Chinese male and female
- Age in range 28-35
- Appropriate number of years of working experience
- Able to maintain full set of accounts using computerized systems and prepare accounting reports
- Some audit experience an advantage
- Proficient in both written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Written and spoken Mandarin would be an advantage
- Knowledge of property industry, an advantage

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- CPA (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Seremban (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Seremban: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
