**JOB DESCRIPTION**

General operative duties in this instance could include:

- Ensure that production schedule is meeting the target.
- Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and process procedures.
- Oversees production operations on assigned shift.
- Prepares daily work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Notifies facilities department of equipment problems.
- Ensures paperwork is completed and signed correctly.
- Monitor cleanliness of production equipment and production plant on daily basis
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- This role required you to work on rotating shifts.
- Able to work overtime (if required).
- Possess own transport.
- Quickly learn production operations and machinery.
- Good in supervisory and leadership skills.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
