Malaysia CIMB Group Full time

Design and manage the implementation of the employee communication strategy, including content strategy and management, content creation, channel and platform strategy, and rigorous results monitoring to ensure that campaigns and engagement activities impact the right audience and achieves its goals.

Key Responsibilities:
**Communication Strategy Design and Implementation (focuses on Content Strategy & Management, Content Creation, Channel & Platform Strategy)**:

- Generate high-quality, engaging culture change communication strategy aligned with targeted messaging.
- Determine communication types and channels based on audience demographics and preferences.
- Manage online presence and ensure alignment across internal and external communication channels.
- Anticipate communication challenges and serve as a strategic communications advisor.

**Tactical Campaign Design and Implementation (focuses on Audience Engagement, Collaboration & Integration, Content Promotion)**:

- Conceptualize and deploy tactical communication campaigns aligned with project needs.
- Lead the ideation and creation of communication content in accordance to timeline and project needs
- Integrate channel strategies with those of other Divisions and monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Establish KPIs to measure campaign success and ensure adherence to branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement campaign tactics across various channels.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide recommendations for future campaigns.

**Team Management, Governance and Performance Optimization (focuses on Communication Performance & Governance, Performance Monitoring and Analysis, Quality Assurance, Risk Management)**:

- Ensure alignment and coordination of communication calendar across key channels
- Lead and mentor a communication team, delegating tasks and ensuring clarity of roles and timely delivery.
- Review and edit content for accuracy (grammar, spelling, style), relevance, and compliance with project requirements.
