Job Overview Responsible to contribute in generating sales for the Company over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships, to obtain excellent records in call quality and sales delivery in meeting all individual and department targets set.
Key Responsibilities
10. To attend any Customer Experience Department meeting, discussion, training, etc. as and when required.
11. To promote a harmonious working environment within the department and the entire organization.
12. To refer to Superior should there be any potential issue/business risks whilst dealing with the potential lead.
13. Undertake any other duties when assigned by the Management from time to time.
**Qualifications**:
1.Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field related preferred
2.At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4.Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
5.Understanding of sales performance metrics.
6.Work with individual and team targets.
7.Patient and friendly personality.
8.Can speak Bahasa and English well.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
