Warehouse Supervisor

Identify, analyze, and resolve all warehouse management system and process issue.
- To communicate organizational needs, oversee employees’ performance, provide guidance & support, and identify development needs.
- Lead receiving functions: checking merchandise.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply order, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area.
- Sort and place items on racks according to organizational standards.
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of items received or distributed through a computer. Lead and assist in counting of physical inventory.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and work stations neat, sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
- Data entry of receiving documents, work orders and inventory counts.
- Prepare parcels for mailing.
- Other job assigned: To assist and work closely with main warehouse to ensure develop standard operating procedure, and oversight of the various operational expenses and budget.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Manage system and inventory knowledge as well as team work, responsibility, follow SOP, learning and growth, and hard work.
- Able to work on Weekend and Public Holiday.

- 通过保持架子和工作站整洁、清扫、除尘和拖把来保持安全和清洁的工作环境。 始终保持仓库和工作区域井然有序。
- 接收文件、工作订单和库存盘点的数据输入。
- 准备邮寄包裹。
- 分配的其他工作：协助并与主仓库密切合作，确保制定标准操作程序，并监督各种运营费用和预算。

**要求：**
- 候选人必须至少拥有SPM 或同等学历。
- 最好具有1-2 年仓库经验的候选人。
- 所需语言：普通话、马来语和英语。
- 管理系统和库存知识以及团队合作、责任、遵循SOP、学习和成长以及努力工作。
- 能够在周末和公共假期工作。

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
