Course Coordinator

**Job description**:
1. To reply all enquiries, properly and promptly in accordance with company’s protocol.

2. To follow up on the enquiries, systematically, and convert them into active students (as per our SOP).

3. Update the student data into IIWAM Online System.

4. To participate in company’s marketing activities to source new enquiries.

5. Assist the Company to ensure a smooth operation.

**Required attitude / skills / knowledge**:
2. Able to assess enquires and reply accordingly.

3. Matured, disciplined and responsible in completing the task in detail.

6. Should be able to multi-task and work well independently and as well as a team.

**On the job training**:
1. About the Institute and course details.

2. IIWAM website and social media details.

3. In-house protocol in replying to enquiries.

4. Student registration, activation process and student affair details.

**KPI**:
To recruit minimum of 20 students per batch with an average of 9 batches per annum. To reply / respond to all enquiries immediately and furnish daily progress report.

**Other remuneration**:
1. Statutory contributions such as EPF & SOCSO.

2. 6-days of annual leave and 6-days of medical leave for every 6-months.

**Operating hours**:
1. Tuesday to Saturday from 09.00 am to 6.00 pm, and alternate Sundays.

2. Closed on Mondays and alternate Sundays and on FT Public Holidays.

**Dress code**:
1. Professional office attire, with pleasant grooming.

2. Sandals, jeans, t-shirts and likewise dressings are NOT permitted.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
