**Job Description**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES***

**BROAD FUNCTIONS**:
Source and manage the Indirect Materials commodities specializing in Facilities maintenance, with a pool of key suppliers to manage in accordance to specification of facilities and management needs through bidding, negotiation, and contracting

Collaborate with REO team, ensuring smooth factory maintenance are carry out according to schedule

Implement cost optimizations on planned maintenance with minimizing the risk of plant failure

Work closely with EHS team for occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental

Make decisions and emphasize vendor management for all inspections service contracts with the quality of service delivery, and sustainability of plant operations.

**Regular**
- Perform sourcing events and responsible for RFQ activities related to the purchases of materials, equipment and services
- Support strategic initiatives, cost savings and contract management by utilizing should-cost models
- Negotiate pricing, lead time, commercial terms, incoterm, MOQ and contract renewals etc
- Collaborate internally to meet stakeholders needs, ensure alignment with company’s strategic direction and drive key performance measures (KPI)
- Identify suppliers based on stakeholder requirements and supplier capability
- Engage in supplier development and risk assessment to optimize cost, supply and quality
- Ensure the supplier complies with the company’s rules and regulations, RBA requirement, Ethics and Compliance requirement, Trade Compliance and IMS Compliance
- Generate reports in tracking and meeting cost savings goal and initiatives

**Qualifications**:
**Educational, Certification and Licenses Required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study

**Skill Required**:

- Excellent communication skill with global sites and suppliers, fluent spoken and written English as a business counterpart located globally
- Practical experience in Oracle

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in category management in manufacturing environment, procurement or supply chain related experience
- Liaise with contractor, consultant on the facilities installation, repair maintenance and compliance related matters
- Scope of work include the support of Electrical system, HVAC, Cleanroom system, Fire Protection System, Utilities System, Repair and Maintenance.
