A leading manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products in new energy industry is looking for **Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) **to join the team and play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations.

As a **Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) **, you will play a critical role in:

- Partner with Director to understand organizational objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Implement and drive HR programs related to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Drive initiatives to promote a positive company culture and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
