** 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION ** COMMUNICATE ENTIRELY IN CHINESE **HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CHINA ï‚-Preparation of Commissioning Test Procedures for steam turbine various FPSO System, Hydraulic System, Crude Off-loading and On-loading System, Ballast System and electricity System ï‚-Assign Subsystem limits for Hull P&ID comprises mainly of electric major system like Offloading, Hydraulic System, Methanol System, Inert Gas System, DO System and Fire Water System etc to be used for Mechanical Completion and Commissioning. ï‚-Create and assign Subsystem boundaries for electric System such as AHU, FCU and Chilled Water System including the Provision Refrigeration and Hot Water System for Mechanical Completion and Commissioning use. ï‚-Identify System Pre-requisites for commissioning works ï‚-Check the Installation MC Dossier generated by BP under the system ï‚-Check the vendor MC Dossier Generated by BP under the system ï‚-Evaluate MC and PC Check Sheets generated by the client to ensure suitability to project need ï‚-Involve in the finalization of Mechanical Completion and Pre-Com Check Sheets ï‚-Prepare, Review and Analyze Mechanical Completion Check List for Mechanical and electrical ï‚-Function as a Junior Completion Engineer with regards to documentation and commissioning ï‚-Tagging and Area Coding Mark-up on P&ID as per Tag and Area Coding Specification (Equipment, Manual Valves, electric etc.) ï‚-Estimate Tag Numbers to form the basis of total MC Check Sheets ï‚-Load and generate Instrumentation Datasheet onto INTOOLS ï‚-Attend Vendor Meeting for Technical Documents Requirements Orientation ï‚-Review and Evaluate Contract and Specifications ï‚-Technical Document Numbering, Preparation of Vendor Requirements ï‚-Up-loading of documents using Sharecat and Sharepoint ï‚-Technical and Documentation Support to Ship Owner and Classification Society.
