Farm Supervisor

_Melbourne Wealth Group_ is an agricultural-based corporate organisation in Johor Bahru that involves in the business of farming and supplying fresh produces. We are looking for a farm supervisor to assist with farm operations that the business demands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages and supervises farm operator duties as assigned including seeding, transplanting, pruning and any other agronomic operations
- Coordinates all daily operations of the company, including Supply Chain, Quality Control & Assurance (GMP, MyGAP, GlobalGAP, Halal, Mesti, etc)
- Supervises post-harvest tasks including harvesting, handling, storage, processing and packaging
- Responsible for the recording of farm's data, updating the farm's databases and customer records (delivery orders and invoices)
- Manages incoming and outbound deliveries
- Manages farm's inventories of seeds, materials, equipment and other farm necessities
- Diagnoses and resolves issues related to plants health including nutrient deficiency, tip burn or pest infestations
- Ensures farm practices and operations are in compliance with government regulations, health, cleanliness and safety standards
- Undertakes any other related or reasonable duties as instructed by upper management

**Job Requirements**
- Willing to work on site at the farm in Ayer Hitam, Johor
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Plantation, Food Technology, Food Biotechnology or its equivalents
- Working experience: Minimum 1 year experience in commercial farm
- Language: Intermediate proficiency in English and Malay
- Skills: MS Office and Gmail, basic computing, basic mathematics, information and data entry, organisation (detail-oriented), time management, teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, professional and interpersonal communication, and decent attention span

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month

- Batu Pahat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Commercial Farm: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:
