**Developer’s Responsibilities**:

- App design and planning: involved to a varying degree either by oneself or a team environment, in defining or help define the GUI layout, app flow, app-server API and any other app preparation and planning.
- App development: involved to a varying degree either by oneself or a team environment, in programming and coding of the source code to meet the app’s design and planned goals.
- App testing: involved to a varying degree either by oneself or a team environment, in detailed testing of the app and through various versions until the expected quality has been met.
- Continuous learning and tinkering: to ensure oneself is always ahead in terms of knowledge and keeping abreast of the industry’s best practice and trends.

**Developer’s Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience with a combination of: Flutter, Dart, Android SDK, Java, iOS SDK, Objective-C, Swift, Firebase, API, and Databases.
- Experience with design, plan, code, test and publish apps.
- Excellent working attitude with a sure-can mindset.
- Great interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Like to learn new app development knowledge and Internet of Things (IOT) technologies.
- Self-starter, independent and an initiator.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
