Job Overview : Perform scheduled Predictive and Preventive maintenance on a wide variety of assigned equipment, including troubleshooting and repair, installation and modification of equipments. Primary Responsibilities : 1. Perform Mold equipment's Predictive and Preventive Maintenance per schedule. 2. Perform line machine trouble shooting. 3. Perform package & device conversion and machine setup. 4. Carry out specific Preventive Maintenance program. 5. Perform daily routine per schedule and assigned task. 6. Assist Equipment Engineer on improvement projects. 7. Assist in tracking and updating daily machine performance. 8. Initiate excursion lot root cause investigation; implement containment action and feedback to superior for further action. 9. Assist Mold ME for project execution, evaluation and engineering data collection. 10. Perform housekeeping on assigned areas. 11. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
