**Job description** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan, execute, and coordinate marketing plan (promotion, events, external collaboration) to increase mall’s visitation.
- Manage and ensure information between mall with media and general public is timely, accurate and reinforces the mall’s brand identity and positioning.
- Maintain relationships with service providers, vendors, and publishers to ensure collaboration in marketing activities.
- Ensure customer facing communication materials (posters, information, caption) are in good order.
- Assist in the administrative and corporate records of the department.
- Support and responsible for procurement related to campaigns, activities, and capex items.

**Qualification**
- Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- Any related course or professional course attended.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged.

**Knowledge**:

- Fresh graduates, minimum 1-2 years of working experience.
- Fluent English, both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
- Experience with marketing, event planning/management, public relations, digital management, and other related industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment with exceptional quality and mínimal supervision.
- Proactive, independent, team player, organized, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadline.
- Possess great interpersonal communication skills.
