1. To drive Director/Director’s family members to/from office/residential or other destination as authorized by the MD.

2. Plan route and transport the Executive Directors (and/or any other person as instructed by the Executive Director) to ensure _safe _and timely transportation to destination.

3. Required to drive long hours, weekends and public holiday as authorized.

4. Perform simple maintenance work on the assigned vehicles, cleaning vehicle’s interior and exterior parts, setting schedule to send vehicle to automobile shops for repair and regular maintenance, conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle maintenance, reporting damage to ensure the vehicle is clean, free of damage and in rood worthy condition.

5. Follow all safety measures while driving including observing speed limits, obey all traffic and road signs, avoiding dangerous behavior such as answering to mobile phone to ensure safety of passenger(s) and full compliance with traffic rules and regulation.

6. Present at all places punctually as may be stipulated or directed by the Executive Director all time during working hours, and on stand-by time slot as designated by on-call schedule.

7. Perform all duties assigned honestly, diligently and professionally, as well as keeping passenger’s information strictly confidential at all time to maintain passenger confidence.

8. Check validity of car road tax, insurance, club memberships, etc.

9. Ensure that vehicles are always kept perfect and clean by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle.

10. Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s).

11. Report any case of accident, injury, or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager.

12. Dress professionally and in accordance with company’s dress code.

13. Execute other assigned tasks immediately and professionally.

14. Any other ad-hoc task deemed necessary to support management department.

15. Required to drive any vehicle owned by the company and vehicle owned by other subsidiaries company.

3. Bodyguards must maintain the confidentiality of their client’s personal and professional life at all times.

4. Bodyguards must be skilled at conducting surveillance to identify potential threats to their client’s safety.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 per month
