Responsible for in process quality control execution based on control plan with real time inspection and feedback.
- Responsible for outgoing quality such as product packing, shipping OBA execution and OQA
- Responsible for people management and IE Headcount modeling, line balancing, labor cost, such as OT management, social linkage allocation, PPE, hostel management and line compliance.
- Responsible for tool management include basic gage troubleshooting, machine utilizations, machine up time rate, OQRM capacity and single tool improvements.
- Schedule roving audit and identify opportunity for error for continuous improvement.
- Champion Quality Programmed and promote zero quality defect mindset.
- Work HOD for cross training, QC development and innovate Kaizen.
- Any other duties assigned from time base on schedule and unscheduled activities.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with at least 2-3 years of working experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent;
- Good supervisory and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and work in a team;
- Able to work long and flexible hours, on shift duties;
- Applicant must be willing to work in Gelang Patah

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
