**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at S&I Urban Designers located in Kuching. As an Architect.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans that align with client needs, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for project planning and execution.
- Provide innovative design solutions that optimize space utilization, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams throughout the construction phase to address any design-related issues and ensure adherence to the design intent.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities and offerings.
- Participate in client presentations, meetings, and discussions to present design proposals, address feedback, and foster positive relationships.

**Qualifications**
- Architecture and Architectural Design skills
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge and proficiency in software development integration
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
