- Hybrid mode: Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
- Location: Menara TM (reachable via LRT)
**Responsibilities**:
- Queue controller for China + APAC - managing Ticketing CRM, Service4You
- Monitoring team's outstanding tickets cases for completion
- Analyze, providing suggestion / solution to the team for closer monitoring of their own queue
- Daily call supports
**Requirements**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
- With 1 - 2 years of related HR working experiences in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Mobility
- Possess SAP knowledge (compulsory)
- Strong people skills and influential abilities
- **Able to speak and write in Mandarin**
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
