**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Accounts Payables such as key in supplier and transporter invoice, process supplier payment voucher and monthly IBG payment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Cross check all the supplier invoices before capture into accounting system. Execute data entry, update records and maintain proper filing.
- Verify local and foreign supplier invoice, monthly WHT form before proceed payment.
- To assist month end closing with preparing reports (ie: COGS, closing stock, transfer ticket, supplier summary, warehouse report and etc)
- Responsible for month-end closing and analysis of variance explanation.
- To assist in yearly warehouse stock take.
- Perform regular statements of reconciliation for customers, suppliers and inter-companies and monthly Bank reconciliation.
- Assist in maintaining a proper filing system and documentation within the company.
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
- To assist daily operational duties and any others ad-hoc accounting assignment by superior from time to time.

**; Requirements: - Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**:

- Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Finance/Accountancy
- 1 years’ of working experience in related field. (fresh graduate is welcome)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Good working skills in Microsoft Excel and ACCPAC.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with good problem solving skills.
- Ability to work within large collaborative organizations
- Good team player and multitasking
