**Responsibilities**:

- To support and participate in Pre-Delivery Inspection process.
- Assist in organizing, coordinating and management of all delivery of vacant possession initiatives to purchasers including but not limited to the preparation of all relevant hand over forms (including inventory list).
- Ensure that all defects identified during the defects liability period are rectified accordingly within the stipulated time frame; including and not limited to the liaison, co-ordination and follow between Project Department and Contractors.
- To ensure purchasers’ satisfaction, attend and investigate any complaint on defects matters and reply to inquiries/ complaints by owners in timely manner.
- To implement efficient follow-up on completion of rectification work with the objective to deliver excellent service standards.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff, and purchasers.
- Responsible for all aspects of the day to day operation assigned including, but not limited to the provision of customer service and attending to customer's complaints, all verbal and written communications and/or representations from the customer and/or authorities as and where necessary.
- To Perform on-site inspection work as and where necessary.
- To prepare and attend defects progress meetings with relevant parties including Project team and contractor.
- Responsible for the office administration, including but not limited to the maintenance and upkeep of Purchasers’ files, office records, organizing of meetings and preparation of minutes and preparation of reports.
- To ensure general filing of correspondence and labelling in compliance with Quality Management System.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma/ Degree in Estate/ Property Management or equivalent discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English/ Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Well versed in Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) and other related property related legislations.
- Willing to work on Monday to Friday and half day on Saturday (5.5 workweek).

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
