Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to conceptualize, plan, create and design omnichannel visuals communications (digital, print, web, packaging and motion) that match the brand and usability requirements based on the briefs given
- Work with other members of the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and deliver messages to advertise products/services
- Formulate, develop and prepare designs of marketing media for our online platform, particularly in the creating of banners and other collaterals and deliver messages to advertise products/services
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Capable of executing design projects independently
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external party about layout and design when required
- Resourceful in creative ideas and active in brainstorming
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Visual A/B testing to support the performance of each channel

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in graphic design, digital media design, advertising design or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
- Strong understanding of visual design principles

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in designing ads materials for various platform
- Photography, Video, Motion and 3D skills is a plus
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements and multimedia design.
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both speaking and writing
- A strong eye for visual composition
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
- Able to perform any ad-hoc task, work methodically and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative, multi-tasking, self-motivated, fast learner, independent, ability to follow instructions
- Pleasant attitude, focused on details and well organized

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
