**JOB SUMMARY**:
As Customer Experience Executive for Time Zone, you are responsible to provide outstanding service and customized personal experience through excellent customer service and assistance. This role entails you to handles inquiries, resolving issues as well as fostering positive relationships with customers. You will contribute to the team by working closely with internal team and report to Assistant General Manager of Time Zone.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Understand products and service provided in order to cater to customer needs and create a personal experience for each customer.
- Provide comprehensive information of product, service, branding and policies to customer.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of information such as company policies and procedure.
- Handles customer complains and strive to resolve problem by identifying the cause and provide appropriate solution while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Manage feedback and reviews shared by customer to enhance their shopping experience.
- Keeping track of order and delivery issues reported promptly to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication when liaising with platform personnel to resolve issues regarding claim, return or refund.
- Keeping an accurate record of customer queries’ record to improve service efficiency.
- Perform any additional duties that may be assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in customer service preferably in retail industry.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work on shift including weekend and public holiday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
