**About the role**:
The QA Officer role is pivotal in ensuring the In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) section, ensuring adherence to stringent standards. You will oversee the compliance of finished goods with product specifications, monitors Critical Control Points, and implements Kerry's Food Safety and Quality policies for sustained excellence.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in strengthening the In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) section to uphold rigorous quality standards.
- Take accountability for the IPQC section, overseeing the quality assurance processes within the manufacturing environment.
- Ensure that all finished goods released to the market meet the required product specifications and comply with quality standards.
- Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure they are within critical limits, addressing any outstanding actions before product release.
- Implement Kerry's Food Safety and Quality policies to guarantee compliance and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with the Process QA Assistant Manager as needed to address and resolve quality-related matters.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Over 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with a strong background in ensuring product quality and compliance within a food manufacturing setting.
- Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining quality policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Critical Control Points (CCPs) and the ability to ensure their adherence.
- Excellent understanding of food safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
