**Position: General Clerk**
- Working time: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday). 8.30 am - 1.30 pm (Saturday)
- Min Diploma in Management / Secretarial or equivalent
- 1-2 years working experiences (Preferably in Construction / Contractor company)
- Self motivate, willing to learn & can work independently without supervision
**Job Duties: -**
(a) Handle admin jobs
(b) Make sure all CIDB, MOF an other licenses required for construction, supply and services work are up to date.
(c) Prepare all documents including company profile, bank statement and others needed to bid tender and quotation
(d) Obtain information to respons to request by reviewing files, documents and records.
(e) Perform basic bookkeeping such as invoice, PO, report, payment voucher and others
(f) Prepare P.O and other related documents
g) Fill up document tender/quotation through online and offline
Expected Start Date : 09/08/23
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
