Accounts Warehouse Admin Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for accounts, finance and warehouse operation administration activities
- Able to handle full set accounts
- Prepare payment vouchers / bank reconciliation
- Record all petty cash in the system and make sure tally with cash in hand.
- Performing posting of expenses or other transactions to Million Accounting System and verify their accuracy (including invoices, bills or vouchers)
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Creates new vendor code and update vendor information into Million Accounting System
- Payment voucher filing, journal voucher, statement from vendors, unpaid invoices etc.
- Liaise with clients for reconciliation of payment.
- Assisting and supporting in daily warehouse operation administrative tasks which include documentation, filing, correspondences, and following up on pending matters
- Support in warehouse stock count and updating of inventory
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/LCCI in Accounting or equivalent and at least 2 years of working experience in a similar discipline
- 2-3 years in accounting field and able to maintain full set of account
- Familiar with Million Accounting System an added advantage
- Good communication, written and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proactive and a team player
- Good time management with the ability to multi-task
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
