1- Implementing therapy sessions on an individual and group basis that is appropriate to the age and learning needs of individual students and is selected through an evidence-based decision making process.
2- Planning and monitoring speech and language goals for each student’s Individualised Education Plan by using tools, assessment report from special educators, occupational therapist and other related.
3. Consulting and implementing home strategies with parents or care givers by using scientific evidence, including evidence about the effectiveness of treatment approaches in relation to the individual student’s needs.
4. Will monitor a caseload of students with a variety of language disorders and a smaller percentage of students who have moderate/severe articulation disorders, and fluency, voice, and swallowing problems that affect educational performance.
5. Consultation with other professional and helps the special educators to understand the importance of language in curriculum and know when to refer students with potential language-literacy problems for further intervention or therapies.
6. Will work with various individuals in teaching or providing services to children.
Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
