Associate Technician

**Role Overview**:
As an Associate Technician, you will embark on a comprehensive training program within our production/process department. Your responsibilities will include:

- Participating in training sessions focused on operating our production machines.
- Gaining hands-on experience across various production stages and processes on the production floor.
- Acquiring practical proficiency in the use of our machinery and mechanical tools.
- Ensuring production output meets projected volume and adheres to timelines.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment on the production floor.

To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

- Possess a diploma in Engineering, Chemical, Polymer, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related discipline with a CGPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Be based in Bandar Baru Bangi, Seksyen 10, Selangor, for work.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning, and a proactive attitude.
- Be open to working in shifts (7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am).
- Demonstrate good discipline and professionalism.
- Display effective communication skills and a competent understanding of the English language.
