n your new role you will:

- efine yearly goals and estimate market price development t
- o inform local PUR and CoC Management about planned strategy and main areas of activities and to supply basic data for plant planning and reporting  Local Target Setting. C
- ontract and price negotiations for small to medium volumes t
- o contribute to the profitability of the company. D
- efinition of procurement strategies t
- o ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of products/services. S
- upport the Commodity Manager to set up a strategy for the accounted commodity. I
- mplementation of alternative procurement sources t
- o minimize stock times, inventory levels and costs (cost avoidance /cost reduction). R
- egular contacts with interface partners to recognize developments (in market, demand, etc.) and exert influence accordingly. R
- eporting of local results monthly/quarterly to control the measurable activities against the planned figures. S
- trategy and Market know-how D
- eep knowledge of relevant markets, market development, market main players, competitors and derived IFX PUR Strategy. S
- upplier Intelligence E
- xpert for all issues of local A-suppliers (e.g. business model, development roadmap, company values, SWOT, fears, cost structure); deep knowledge of IFX competition strategy at the supplier (What is IFX competitor’s strategy at the same supplier?). A
- nalysis and controlling of contractual agreements t
- o prepare renegotiations/subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measures and guarantee supplies. S
- upplier Management t
- o gain the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain (incl. minimizing of purchasing risks). C
- ontribute to the Cluster Purchasing P
- erformance (Cost, Quality) inline with the set targets. P
- roactive information exchange with Core Buyers C
- ross-functional Team / project support / local business partner support at site

ou are best equipped for this task if you have:
r
- relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (+4 years) f
- irst relevant working experience H
- igh level of commercial apprenticeship with additional understanding for technical requirements or high level of technical apprenticeship with advanced level of BA understanding A
- cademy or university degree advantageous U
- nderstanding in respect of changing markets (seller vs. Buyer markets) U
- nderstanding of semiconductors, semiconductor industry and its customers advantageous F
- requent information exchange to all internal customers and the most important suppliers F
- requent reporting to Purchasing management
