Posting receipts into accounting system for cash or cheque collection and direct transfer.
- Resolve payments discrepancies.
- Posting of payment receipts into SAP system.
- Receive container deposit for detention and M&R and ensure amount is tally with number of containers and tariff.
- Attend to sales team, customers, and documentation department enquiries on payment status.
- Coordination with internal team to confirm on direct bank-in payment.
- Prepare Debtors Statement of Account reconciliation as and when required.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including back-up team members during their absence.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of working experience in shipping/similar industry or accounting firm is necessary with reporting duties.
- Preferably from strong AR background
- Strong team work, meticulous, organized and independent to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Preferably SAP system experience hands-on in receivable process.
- Strong analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to speak and write good English.
- Positions available in Glenmarie, Selangor.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
