Shipping Executive

- **Responsibilities:

- To coordinate both Air & Sea freight incoming & outgoing shipments
- Handling both Sea & Air, DDU/EXW and general freight forwarding inquiries and generate quotations to overseas agents.
- Prepare full set of shipping documents
- Liaise with warehouse, vendors and overseas agent for shipment update and movement
- Keep customers update on cargo arrival and/or departure date
- Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure timely deliver of shipment
- **Requirements:

- Required language(s)**:Mandarin**, English
- 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding/Logistics field is a must.
- Great Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Able to work independently, customer oriented and highly motivated
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Fast learner with positive attitude
- Abe to multi-task and work under pressure
- Those with more experience will be considered for a manager Position
- Possess good freight pricing knowledge, well versed in freight quotations and understanding logistics requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
