1 To monitor, coordinate Assurance cases by Max orders and vendor management to ensure service fulfilment as per the SLA or contracts.
2 Work assignment for daily on-site audits and compilation of the resultant Audit reports and generate reports based on customer feedback and audit findings for remedial action.
3 Managing Maxpert related to customer fault issue and performance on daily case activities including liaising with internal and external counterpart. (TM / THD)
4 To manage access (customer premise) database, key contact point to Building managers (BM) and the management of BM related matters that impedes optimal service delivery. Daily audits and building readiness tests.
5 Manage and coordinate Assurance cases for RNO and other partners as well (CTS / ASTRO / SACOFA) and responsible on Day End Report update
6 Closing orders in portal and responsible to update in all related system until order completion
7 Perform courtesy call to the Maxpert and verification call to customers after site visit completionto verify on connection status and any Non-Standard charges on site
**WORKING DAY - MONDAY TO SUNDAY (OFF 2 DAYS)**
**WORKING TIME - 9AM-6PM / 12PM - 9PM**
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
