Admin Account Assistant

The admin assistant performs a variety of general admin work and support tasks in an accounting department
- Assist in day-to-day task in any administrative jobs including paper work as well as receiving calls, leaving messages etc.
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system.
- Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
- Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
- Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
