**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Responsible to do general clerical and accounting work
- To handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions
- Prepare payment voucher/ cheques / remittance payments to vendors
- Responsible for management of petty cash
- Take charge of office/site monthly utilities payments and maintenance fees
- To monitor, Record and update monthly utilities expenses (TNB, SAJ, Indah Water)
- Update and maintain the tenant's control listing
- Maintain and upkeep proper sorting & filing of related documentation to support all accounting entries
- Assist in other duties in relation with administration and accounts/ financial matter as required from time to time
- Any ad-hoc task assignment by management

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
Minimum qualification: SPM/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.

Required skill(s): Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, World & SQL accounting system

Willing to learn, able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player.
