**Accounting/Financial**
- **Handle full set of accounts** by compliance with accounting standards: date entry for AP, AR, GL, monthly & yearly account closing etc.
- Handle all bank and government related transactions
- Prepare all documents/information required by appointed accounting firm.
- Liaise with auditor during account audit process
- Complete Group weekly, monthly, yearly reports in both Financial and Sales field.

**Order fulfilment process**
- Handle customer order process from customer PO handling stage to billing stage
- Handle supplier order process from PO issuing stage until good received and purchase invoice capturing.
- Stock Management.

**HR / Admin**
- i. Handle all HR related scope including but not limited to recruitment, staff claim verification, prepare necessary payroll information to appointed payroll agent etc.
- ii. Handle all admin related scope including but not limited to handle non-trade purchase, manage IT/Office equipment, maintain proper document filling (softcopy & hardcopy) etc. according to preset SOP.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum degree in Accounting / Finance / Tax.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in Accounting, Finance, Tax related.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa is mandatory (both verbal & written), while proficiency in Mandarin is an advantages.
- Proficient in MS Excel & MS Office.
- Familiar with Malaysia Account Regulation, Tax Regulations & HR Regulations is required.
- Meticulous, responsible, work independently and eagerness to learn.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Able to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision, and with a high degree of accuracy & efficiency.
- Able to work under high tension environment.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
