CNC Programmer

1. Responsible to prepare the CNC 3D Programs for the CNC Milling machines 2. Co-ordinate on all CNC Program related activities on the project and achievement of the project based on customer specification and requirements. 3. To manage projects for detail 3D modeling, drafting and assembling. 4. Improve the CNC 3D programs as to reduce production processing time 5. Produce accurate, high quality components with maximum efficiency 6. Accurately plan the production method & create programs based on customer’s specification 7. Ensure all programs are saved at all times 8. Competently set & operate CNC Milling machines using operating systems for each machine 9. Undertake minor changes to program to produce quality components to drawing 10. Plan & specify tooling requirements for production including any jigs & fixtures 11. Ensure machine processes are running at optimum efficiency 12. Work to tight tolerance and check own work during production
