**Responsibilities**:

- Perform analysis on assembly and test defect from production and qualification on semifinished or finished products.
- Able to Read and understand the test data log and result.
- Perform analysis using FA tools such as X-ray, SAM, Curve Tracer, Microscope, Thermal Emission, SEM, Polishing, etc.
- Generate FA summary with FA findings.
- Understand failure mode with mechanism is preferred.
- Supports Engineering Evaluations and other Qualification Activities as required by Engineering

**Job Requirements**:

- Electrical background with adequate knowledge on semiconductor assembly process and technology
- Understand failure analysis methodology and flow such as X-ray, SAM, Curve Tracer, Microscope, Thermal Emission, SEM, Polishing, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
