Responsibilities: To provide an environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the literacy learning process. To carry out differentiate teaching to meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and needs. To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams / exam items. To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work, maintenance of academic records and monitoring of students’ progress, achievement and attendance. To perform pastoral duties such as but limited to student support, counselling and monitoring of behavioural impact upon academic development. To communicate effectively with all parties such as students, parents, peers and line managers on a regular basis on students’ academic matters. To act professionally in all aspects of work such as deadlines, schedules and efficiency. Requirements: Possess at least a Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent. Exposure to international curriculum such as Cambridge or IPC syllabus. Fluency in both spoken and written English. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibits self-motivation, high work standards, attention to detail and learning orientations.
Offering education in pre-school, primary and secondary using UK and local syllabus.
Bachelor's or Equivalent
