To plan, organize, and implement a comprehensive program (including both corrective and preventive activities) to ensure smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical installation/systems. - To carry out in-house electrical works including maintenance, inspection, and testing. - To be responsible for all 11Kv Power Supply systems and also standby generators. - To be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to meet the statutory regulations, environment, and safety standards. - To comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga of The Electrical Supply Act and Regulation. - To be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the 11kV HT and LV switchboards, bus-ducts, transformers, switchgear, mechanical pump-sets, equipment in the Security Control Room, standby generator, and TNB supply. - To be responsible for preventive maintenance to minimize power interruption and machinery/equipment breakdown. - To ensure that all M&E plans, certificates, and Fixtures are orderly maintained.
